Liabilities

This insurance covers the reimbursement of amounts that the insured is liable for in case of involuntary (casualty), body and /or material damages caused to third parties, as long as the risks are contemplated in the contract and occurs during the policy effectiveness. The maximum covered amounts are established in the insurance contract and can also refer to legal and honorary expenses of the defense attorneys.

D&O (Directors & Officers) –Personal property protection of the executive in lawsuits filed against the physical entity due to his management acts.

E&O (Errors & Omissions) – Company protection in lawsuits due to material, body or moral damage due to acts of negligence, incompetence and imprudence committed by it against third parties in exercise of its activities.

EPL (Employment Practice Liability) – Company protection in lawsuits filed by employees or former employees due to undue labor practices (moral assault, sexual assault, discrimination and moral damages).

RC Operations – Company protection in lawsuits related to the use and conservation of the business activity site.
